‘Legendary’ feels like a song that should be played in a stadium while your favorite team is winning. It’s energetic, positive, and inspiring. It is true that adversity frustrates man but that does not mean that we do not have the right to live. But if the difficulties of life make a person frustrated, should we be disappointed? Should this life which is a once-in-a-lifetime gift be wasted? No way,
Isaac Asimov said,
“It has been my philosophy of life that difficulties vanish when faced boldly.”
Be brave and don't let your frustration overwhelm you. Overcome your difficulties. And Have a great life. Remember Depression takes away your inspiration and motivation to take action.

• Bide Your Time.
• Distract Yourself.
• Read Motivational books.
• Write on topics of your choice
Always appreciate what you have:
Depression makes you feel like you haven’t achieved anything in life. It can make you feel like you aren’t worthy. Write down a list of your achievements, talents, abilities, and strengths. Remember mental health is more important than physical health.

You have to perform some tough actions, and you need to get out of your comfort zone. Only by doing easy activities, you cannot make yourself depression free. Many successful people dealt with depression, like Kristen Bell, J.K. Rowling, Jon Hamm, Gwyneth Paltrow, Owen Wilson, Lady Gaga, Cara Delevingne, and many others. But they succeed to overcome their depression.

Rowling got depressed in her twenties, and she even contemplated suicide, later seeking help through therapy. She told The Guardian in 2012 that she had to return to therapy when the Harry Potter series took off and her life suddenly changed:

“A pearl is a beautiful thing produced by an injured life. It is the tear from the injury of the oyster. The treasure of our being in this world is also produced by an injured life. If we had not been wounded, if we had not been injured, then we will not produce the pearl.”
How to deal with depression and anxiety
Critical behavior of social media especially news channels:
All sad news, can make some people depressive and yields depressive behavior, so there is a pivot role of media in showing bad news most of the time which results in negative. A question in this contest can be raised whether, in our society, all things are happening bad or some things happening well. My observation in this scene is that our society is showing only negative and critical behavior.
Therefore people are becoming negative mind and abusing society as well
My observations:
Toleration in People is becoming lesser.
People can be motivated if they think about what they have rather than thinking about what they don’t have.
To motivate yourself
Always think that what will be the maximum results, rather to observe lesser results.
I will try my level best to recover it.
I have good relations with good people and friends.
I still have a chance.
Good People help good people
Others will help those who help others.
Move to any healthy place and in healthy friendly company.
The mind can only feel one thing, whether it feels happy or it feels unhappy, so we should move our thinking from bad to good.
